The repaired requirements: |

1. SIZE |
1、The cladding layers should be just covered the 125 degree conical surface within the maximum diameter of 3.5 mm, which is shown in the green area of the figure above. Protective measures should be taken at the hole and the remaining positions。 2、There should not have fault at the connection between the cladding layers and the holes in 0.45mm or 0.48 mm. |

2.Wear resistance、 Binding force、 Hardness |
1、The new cladding layer of the worn part should be compact with the original
matrix. There should not have fault by means of metallographic micro analysis,
radial section. 3、The surface hardness of the cladding layer should be about HRC69. |
